In Rennes, a suspicious package was discovered in a TGV from Lyon this Sunday. Alerted, the SNCF services decided to stop the empty train of all travelers at the level of the Baud plain so as not to disrupt the rest of the rail traffic. Nantes deminers were expected before 5 p.m. to pick up the abandoned suitcase. Several calls to the owner were made within the station but without success.

The blocked train was to leave for Lyon at 3:30 p.m. According to SNCF, the departure should be delayed by two hours. The rest of the traffic was not affected by this alert.
