The top Syrian student, Ibrahim Abdel Nasser Radi Ragab, did not imagine that a one-minute video clip would change his life and lead him to a scholarship to study medicine and donations he did not dream of.
After the pioneers of social media circulated a video of the student who scored 99.6 percent in high school, carrying a box of "Fresca" candy, and working as a seller on the seashore in Alexandria Governorate, the Egyptian Cabinet announced that Ibrahim had given Ibrahim a full scholarship to study the Faculty of Medicine at Alexandria University .

The media advisor to the Prime Minister, Hani Yunus, revealed in televised statements that in addition to the grant, a telecommunications company donated one hundred thousand pounds annually to the student, in addition to a bank guaranteeing the issuance of an investment certificate for the student.

More than one directive announced various grants and support methods for the student, and the "Orange" Communications Company granted support to Abdel Nasser with scientific courses and educational supplies, at a value of 100,000 pounds annually, for the duration of his medical studies.
