In all countries of the world developed in the field of football, and applying professionalism as a project in order to achieve a distinguished football renaissance, specialization is an integral part of the daily work in clubs, federations and professional associations, whether in Europe or East Asia. However, the general problem that our Gulf leagues share, whether professional or amateur, lies in the absence of a professional administrator who is devoted to his role in managing football work, managing football companies in clubs, and planning for the future of the game in clubs and national teams, so we find that the amateur administration leads the professional league project .

Gulf professional experiences in recent years have proven that most "spherical disasters" come from amateur administrators, as their decisions are often tinged with shivering, either because of fear of media criticism or because those decisions are "random" and not studied, and were not weighed as required before they were issued. Hardly a season goes by in any Gulf league without a crisis in law, decision, or football management.

Perhaps the most prominent form of administrative confusion is in random contracts with foreign players or citizens, without a clear vision of the team’s needs from the players ’positions, not to mention the exaggerated sums of money in these deals, and they are quickly replaced during the winter transfer period .. The problem is the administrative crisis .. because it is from Driving the game.

Since the lost thing does not give it, we cannot wait for creative ideas, or professional work and scientific and practical planning for the game. Even those who lead the professional links in our leagues, as well as members of the boards of directors of clubs and football associations, you see that at least 90% of them are amateurs, and non-professionals, and they came to their positions either because they are businessmen or because they have confidence and favor from the largest sports leaders, or on At the very least, you will find employees and private business owners. Away from sports specialization and the severity of the crisis increases the uniqueness of our Gulf patrols with the so-called "super administrative", which you find as an official in a body, a member in a federation, and a manager in a club, so the multiplicity of sports administrative positions for the same administrator who is usually associated with a special job or business. Where does he get his time from? How will he be devoted to managing football at the club if he is busy with his work in the morning? The scourge of Gulf football management is the absence of the concept of administrative and specialized professionalism, and Gulf football is defective by the absence of a professional administrator who has specialization in his work and in the management of the game, which is the most prominent obstacle that may lead to limiting the desired development in the entire professional process.

The problems of Gulf football are primarily due to the continued existence of the non-specialized, part-time administrator because he is not qualified to manage the professional system, and the enormity of professionalism increases because professional players who have professional contracts with imaginary sums are not free for the game because they work in the morning in government agencies !! "What professionalism do we live in?"
