Huang Weibing personally experienced the whole process of Qianhai from a deserted beach to the completion of glass and steel buildings. He said that since 2018, Qianhai has undergone greater changes and faster construction.

  Huang Weibing also participated in the construction of the third phase of the northern extension of Shenzhen Metro Line 4 undertaken by MTR in 2017. During this experience, he used Hong Kong's construction model for reference and integrated Hong Kong's construction model of small investment, high efficiency and humanized management into the project management of Guiwan 1st Road.

  "Our positioning of the project is to build a benchmark model for the construction site in Qianhai. When we first entered Qianhai to undertake the construction of Guiwan One Road, the construction site in Qianhai was not too much. Huang Weibing said.

  During the construction of the municipal works on Shuangjiehe Road (and its underground roads) in Qianhai, Huang Weibing and his team also encountered many difficulties. One of the most challenging is the protection of the three underground subway lines during the construction of the project. Huang Weibing said: "According to the construction standards, if the subway floats more than 20 mm, there will be safety hazards."

  In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the project team’s experts conducted field investigations, Huang Weibing and the team scientifically tackled key problems, and formed a comprehensive construction plan for underground roads—"the construction method of anti-floating structure of subway business line under deep foundation pit", that is, "rotary jet pile + The "uplift pile + grouting steel pipe pile + shaft interval excavation" construction method was successfully applied to the construction of the subway protection area. Through safety measures such as process control, it successfully overcomes and eliminates the super risk of crossing three subway business lines. The construction difficulties effectively controlled the floating of existing subways and ensured the safety of subway operations.

  It is understood that the municipal engineering of Guiwan 1st Road and the underground road that Huang Weibing is responsible for won the 2017 "National Construction Engineering Project Safety and Civilization Standard Chemical Site" and 2 provincial and 4 municipal demonstration sites.
