When she first started working in the steel production line, she had to face molten steel at around 1500℃ every day. In addition to high temperature, there was dust.

In order to develop new products as soon as possible, Cheng Yunxia and her colleagues began to work overtime.

  [Explanation] After nearly 3 months of hard work, Cheng Yunxia and his team members developed ferritic antibacterial stainless steel, which passed the test of the Antibacterial Material Testing Center of the Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The antibacterial rate exceeded 99%, which can effectively inhibit common Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, etc., became the first domestic company to produce 430 type antibacterial stainless steel.
