Brittany thus comes second in the ranking of favorite destinations for the French this summer, behind the New Aquitaine region but ahead of Occitanie.

Despite the health context, the region has therefore managed to do well and reassure the French, taking advantage in particular of "its large spaces conducive to natural compliance with the rules of distancing". The appearance of clusters during the summer, as in Quiberon, has given tourism professionals some cold sweats.
