The couple are migrant workers from the Shanghai Joy City Project of the East China Company of the Second Bureau of China Construction. In the annual romantic Tanabata Festival, the project organized an event with the theme of "Meeting in the Qixi Festival and staying together for a lifetime", allowing the husbands on the construction site to send roses to their wives and share their love stories.

Luo Yuanchang and his wife used to be farming at home, and they came out to work last year. "When the child is older, we can also come out. We have never come out before, and we can take care of each other by working together." Zhang Yingju said.
The daily work of shelf workers is to set up operating platforms, safety railings, derricks, hanging baskets and support frames. It's hard work on the construction site, and I often work overtime at night. But compared to farming, earning more money on construction sites, each of them can earn six to seven thousand yuan per month. Zhang Yingju also clearly remembered his mood when he first received his salary-"surprise and joy".
In fact, Zhang Yingju had an unfortunate past. After the death of her ex-husband, she took her two sons and Luo Yuanchang to reorganize the family without any children. Luo Yuanchang treats his two sons as his own. When he was a child, he often bought snacks for them. Now his two sons are married and often call them.

After years of hard work, Tan Bo's hands are full of calluses. They are so rough that they don’t match their age. However, he has a heartfelt pride in this job: “It’s not that anyone can come up here casually. We have to undergo strict physical examinations and theoretical examinations."
The monthly repair and maintenance of the tower crane is a time for Yuan Zhangyan to "show his skills". Grease the steel wire rope of the tower crane, check the power system of the tower crane, power supply, motor and so on. She moves swiftly and uses all the oil in exchange for safety. Due to the use of a tower crane and several units on the construction site at the same time, disputes are prone to occur. If the tower crane command cannot resolve the situation, Yuan Zhangyan will take the initiative to coordinate, and only a few gentle words can resolve the conflict.
Most of the construction sites are men over the age of 40, and there are few young women like Yuan Zhangyan. In 2011, after she married Tan Bo who was working on the construction site, she gave up her previous job selling clothing in the mall and came to the construction site.
"The conditions on the construction site are difficult, the wind and the sun, that’s for sure." Yuan Zhangyan said, she was not used to it at the beginning, and felt a lot of inconvenience. "I'm quite easily satisfied. It doesn't matter if I am a little bit tired or tired, I just want to be together." Yuan Zhangyan said.
In the evening, a busy day came to an end. Tan Bo put away the steel cable, closed the buttons in the operating room, and climbed down the steel ladder step by step. At this time, Yuan Zhangyan would walk under the tower crane, looking up and waiting.
"Nothing Romantic"
Hu Wanhu, a 53-year-old mason, and Li Shengmei, a 55-year-old warehouseman, are childhood sweethearts. The life on the construction site is spent day after day busy, and the "romantic history" of the two is a precious memory that can be chewed from time to time.
They both grew up in the same village. Li Shengmei was two years older than Hu Wanhu. They had a good relationship since they were young, and they came together later.
