  At about 14:08 pm on August 24, 2020, when a man was buying milk tea at a milk tea shop in Guanghan City, he suddenly slapped a girl next to him. Subsequently, with the intervention of the mall security, the man apologized to the girl and left the scene.

  At 21:35 on August 24, Guanghan police immediately launched an investigation after receiving a call from the parents of the beaten girl. Upon investigation, the beating man had a history of mental illness and was receiving medication. He had not caused any accidents before. On the day of the incident, the man suddenly acted abnormally while buying milk tea at a milk tea shop. He thought that the girl beside him kicked him and slapped the girl.
