Al-Jaber praised the role of the female cadres in ADNOC in confronting the "Covid-19" pandemic, preserving the health and safety of human cadres, and ensuring the continuity and sustainability of the company's business. In 2017, ADNOC announced its commitment to increasing the percentage of women’s representation in senior management to 15% by 2020. Since then, ADNOC has succeeded in exceeding this goal, as the percentage of women’s representation in top management positions has reached more than 16%. The number of female engineers increased by 90%, during the same period, to reach 1062 female engineers in the company's various sites.
