China News Service, Hanyuan, August 22 (Shan Peng, Liu Zhongjun, Lv Yang) On the 22nd, the rescue and rescue work for landslides within the territory of Group 6 of Zhonghai Village, Fuquan Town, Hanyuan County, Sichuan continued. The sky was gloomy, with dense clouds, and light rain occurred during the period.

At 8 o'clock in the morning, a reporter from Chinanews.com came to the scene of 6 groups of landslide disasters in Zhonghai Village. More than 10 excavators were roaring on the landslide earthwork. Four fire rescue personnel carrying life detectors walked back and forth in the landslide area, looking for rain 2 Missing persons. The staff involved in the rescue said that cracks appeared on the top of the collapsed mountain, and there was a risk of secondary landslides at any time.

It is understood that affected by continuous heavy rainfall, at about 3:50 on the 21st, a landslide occurred in Group 6 of Zhonghai Village, Fuquan Town, Hanyuan County, Ya'an City. The surface of the mountain, which was originally covered with green vegetation, revealed a mud-yellow damaged surface about 880 meters long and 280 meters wide. The landslide caused 9 people to be buried, of which 7 were killed and 2 lost contact. As of press time, two missing persons have not been found.

At about 9 o'clock, the reporter came to Minglu Village 4, which is separated from Zhonghai Village 6 by a small stream. At Song Zilan's home in Group 4 of Minglu Village, rescuers from the Sichuan Geological and Mineral Bureau set up a monitoring system on the roof of the building to keep an eye on the landslide. Li Dong of Huadi Company of Sichuan Geology and Mineral Bureau said that this equipment is called "Slope Radar". Its main function is to monitor the deformation and displacement of mountains or buildings in real time. It does not need to arrange sensors or even wiring. A host can achieve several kilometers. The deformation scanning of the three-dimensional target object within the range, the accuracy has reached the "sub-millimeter level."

"Through the precise calculation of the device, the mountain changes are intuitively visible." Li Dong said that this device can perform image analysis. The red part on the display shows that the mountain is deformed, while the green area indicates that the mountain is relatively stable. If there is a slight displacement or a precursor to a collapse again, this device can quickly detect a dangerous situation and give real-time alarms through computers, mobile phones and other devices within a few seconds, and quickly notify rescuers to evacuate the dangerous area. It is the "eye of safety" for the lives of rescuers.

Standing on the roof of Song Zilan's house, the landslide and the mountain are right in front of him, feeling that danger may happen at any time, which makes the reporter very worried. In the distance, rescuers wearing orange fire rescue suits searched for the landslide. From time to time I looked up at the upward slope. "Our task today is mainly to search for missing persons." A fire rescuer at the scene said.

The reporter came to the road that was buried by the collapsed earth. Rescue personnel from the Road and Bridge Group of Sichuan Railway Investment are directing excavators and vehicles to clear and transport the collapsed earth. Rescuers said that the length of the buried road was about 200 meters and the height was about 10 meters. The workload of digging the road and restoring traffic was heavy. It is understood that the road connects to a nearby industrial park, and the interruption of the road has caused a shortage of raw materials for production in the industrial park. When the reporter left the scene, the excavation was still ongoing.

Around noon, news came from the front of the rescue, saying that the "Slope Radar" issued an alarm and the landslide body was displaced. Then the site collapsed twice, and the cleared highway area was buried again. Due to the timely alarm, no people were buried and no vehicles were damaged. In order to ensure the safety of rescuers, the headquarters urged all personnel on the scene to evacuate.

Currently, on-site rescue and rescue work is still underway. (Finish)
