The current water potential has fallen, but there are still 1 Jialing River hydrological station and 4 Yangtze River hydrological stations exceeding the guaranteed water level.

  According to the monitoring of the Chongqing Municipal Hydrological Monitoring Station, from 8 am on the 20th to 8 am on the 21st, affected by the upstream water, the Jialing River and the Chongqing section of the Yangtze River experienced transit floods. The Yangtze River Cuntan Station, Chaotianmen Station, Caiyuanba Station, Changshou (2) Over-security at the station and Zhutuo (3) station, over-security at Dongjintuo station and Ciqikou station in Jialing River, and over-security at Beibei (3) station on Jialing River. On the 20th, the above 8 stations have all peaked, and the water level is currently falling. Among them, the Zhutuo (3) station of the Yangtze River, the Dongjintuo station of the Jialing River, and the Beibei (3) station have retreated below the warning water level, and the remaining 5 stations are still above the guaranteed water level .

  According to the monitoring by the Hydrological Bureau of the Upper Yangtze River, at 8 o'clock on the 21st, the water level at Cuntan Station on the Yangtze River was 187.85 meters, which exceeded the guaranteed water level by 4.35 meters, and the water level fell, which was 3.77 meters lower than the flood peak water level; the water level at Chaotianmen Station on the Yangtze River was 189.19 meters, which exceeded the guaranteed water level by 4.19 meters. The water level fell, 3.95 meters lower than the flood peak water level; the water level at Caiyuanba Station on the Yangtze River was 189.31 meters, 4.31 meters above the guaranteed water level, and the water pressure fell, 3.99 meters lower than the flood peak water level; the water level at Changshou (2) Yangtze River was 180.18 meters, 6.18 meters above the guaranteed water level, The water is down, 1.22 meters lower than the flood peak water level.

  Regarding the water regime of the Chongqing section of the Jialing River, the water level at Dongjintuo Station was 200.90 meters, 5.60 meters below the warning level, and the water level fell, 12.77 meters lower than the flood peak water level; the water level at Beibei (3) Station was 192.17 meters, 2.33 meters below the warning water level, and the water level fell. The water level is down 8.06 meters from the flood peak; the water level at Ciqikou Station is 189.76 meters, 4.12 meters above the guaranteed water level, and the water is down, which is 4.53 meters down from the flood peak water level.

  From 8 o'clock on the 20th to 8 o'clock on the 21st, there was light to moderate rain in the northeast and southeast of Chongqing, local heavy to torrential rain, and almost no rainfall in other areas. Among them, 11 districts and counties including Wuxi, Yunyang, Chengkou, Kaizhou, Fengjie, Zhongxian, Liangping, Fengdu, Fuling, Xiushan, and Youyang experienced heavy rains. The maximum daily rainfall occurred in Changzhang Village, Yulin Township, Wuxi, which was 97.5 mm. Affected by the upstream water, one of the Tanghe River Station exceeded the alarm once and it has now retreated below the alarm level; 5 small and medium-sized rivers including Chaxi River and Qijiang River have experienced a 1 to 5 meter flood process.

  The Chongqing Municipal Hydrological Monitoring Station predicts that from 8 am on the 21st to 8 am on the 22nd, the water situation of Chongqing's small and medium-sized rivers will be stable, and there will be no obvious water increase process.
