A five-star cast! After A Star Is Born , Lady Gaga will star in Gucci , the next project from director Ridley Scott ( Alien: Covenant, Alone on Mars ). In this biopic, she plays Patrizia Reggiani, imprisoned in 1999 for the murder of her ex-husband Maurizio Gucci, grandson of the founder of the clothing brand.
At his side, two sacred monsters: Robert de Niro and Al Pacino, according to information from the American site Deadline . The rest of the cast will include Adam Driver (Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker), Jared Leto (Suicide Squad), Jack Huston (Boardwalk Empire) and Reeve Carney (Penny Dreadful).
The film, initially expected in theaters on November 24, 2021, could be released later. The start of production has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
