JR Yamanote Line outer operation restarted 21:37 on August 21
The JR Yamanote Line had been suspended from around 8:49 pm on the inner and outer lines due to the accident resulting in personal injury at Mejiro Station, but the outer line was restarted.
The inner circle continues to suspend operations, and we expect to resume operations around 9:50 pm.
