On August 20, the outer wall of the first floor near the central square in Suifenhe, Heilongjiang Province collapsed. The local fire rescue department immediately dispatched 5 vehicles and 25 people to the scene.
The eaves of the roof on the west side of the central plaza were partially detached, and some businesses under the shed wall were damaged to varying degrees. The on-site commander immediately ordered the security team to evacuate the people on the scene immediately. The search and rescue team searched the buried pressure position of the large eaves that had fallen off. After confirming that there were no buried pressure personnel on the scene, the commander led the commanders and fighters on the second and third floors respectively. The exterior wall that may fall off should be demolished to prevent it from falling off again and causing casualties.
