From the evening of August 18, there will be heavy rain to torrential rain on the sea surface of the Beibu Gulf, with rotating winds of 6 to 7 and gusts of 9 to 10. There will be moderate to heavy rain, local heavy rain to heavy rain, short-term thunderstorms and strong convective weather in some railway sections of Yulin, Beihai, Qinzhou, Wuzhou, Fangchenggang, Guigang and other cities under the management of Nanning Bureau Group Company.
