These are often underestimated and yet essential jobs, the Covid-19 pandemic, has brought to light. Indispensable, these workers have not been able to telework and even less to partial unemployment while waiting for the storm to pass. Throughout the week, we offer you portraits of these last on the roped party, but first on duty. Among them are seasonal agricultural workers.
