On August 19, the Yiyuezi Center located on Changbin Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing was flooded. The Marine Police Headquarters of Chongqing Public Security Bureau combined with local rescue forces in Yuzhong for 3-hour non-stop emergency rescue. The building included 10 pregnant women and babies. More than 100 trapped people were rescued and moved to a safe place.

  According to He Shunkui, head of the Patrol Detachment of the Marine Police Headquarters of the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Marine Police Headquarters received an alarm stating that more than a hundred people were besieged by floods in a building on Changbin Road and could not be transferred for help. The Marine Police Headquarters immediately mobilized the patrol detachment to send boats to the scene, and at the same time mobilized the flood-fighting assault team to support.

  The ninth floor of the building is a confinement center. When the flood rose, 5 pregnant women and 5 babies were still living in it. For the safety of the newborn, a doctor must enter the rescue site. The community doctor sat in the box and was led by rescuers into the confinement center to rescue the trapped mothers and babies.
