If Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, have acquired a house in Santa Barbara, it is not only for the beauty of the Californian coast. The city is very close to Hollywood, where they landed many dates. As the Variety announcement , the royal couple have a project under their belt and several networks are interested.

It could be a TV series, scripted or not, "or something else." The publication indeed evokes a "top secret project", but which has already caught the attention of NBCUniversal. An interview even took place with the heads of the American channel, including Bonnie Hammer, the president of NBCUniversal Content Studios.

Soon producers

This new project would follow Elephants, broadcast in April on Disney + and to which Meghan Markle lent her voice. Archie's mother had not received any fees for this storytelling work. The profits from this documentary were donated to the organization Elephants Without Borders. Prince Harry, meanwhile, has already announced that he is working on a documentary with Oprah Winfrey - incidentally his new neighbor in Santa Barbara - to talk about mental illness.

If Suits fans long for Meghan Markle's acting game, it is certainly not in front of the camera that we should find her. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex rather position themselves as producers of projects primarily oriented towards causes that affect them.
