The Duffer brothers, creators of Stranger Things - Starface

Good news for Stranger Things fans  : there will be a sequel to Season 4. The Duffer Brothers have been adamant. “Season 4 is not the end. We know the end and we know when it will come, ”Ross Duffer told The Hollywood Reporter . The coronavirus pandemic, which slowed the filming of the next season, "gave them time", which allowed them to "think about what was best for the series". “It gave us a better idea of how long we need to tell this story,” he added.

Back to work

As for Season 4, production is set to resume, but nothing is set. "The priority is the safety of the cast and the crew and that will indicate when filming will resume," said Ross Duffer. Nevertheless, this mandatory break has had good for the authors. “We had a lot more time to work on the scripts. For the first time, all the scripts were written and we were able to look at it as a whole and make adjustments, ”explained Matt Duffer.

No release date has yet been announced. Only a trailer was released last February, before the pandemic that delayed everything.
