  Why did Huimin Elevator become a "noisy elevator"? A reporter from the Rule of Law Daily found that financial subsidies to replace elevators in old residential quarters were originally a convenient and beneficial project.   For this reason, in looking up the basis for elevator purchase, installation, maintenance, etc., some owners found that there were a series of problems in purchasing this "Quayi" brand elevator, such as unclear accounts, no invoices, and irregular contracts. On the afternoon of August 3, a representative of the owner of Building C2 came to the Economic Investigation Brigade of Meilan Branch of Haikou Public Security Bureau and reported the suspected financial problems in the installation of elevators in Building C2.

  According to Li Shenghua, there are more than 50 elevator fault repair records provided by the residential property in the past 10 months, but only 15 repair records provided by Oli Company.
