The 18th Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition will start on September 27 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, and the exhibition will extend for the first time in its history over a period of seven continuous days, in a qualitative leap within the strategy of developing the exhibition and turning it into a comprehensive festival.
The Secretary-General of the Emirates Falconers Club and Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee of the exhibition, Majid Ali Al Mansoori, said, “The gracious gesture of the patron of the event His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's representative in the Al Dhafra region and president of the Emirates Falconers Club, and his directive to extend the exhibition period to a full week, came due to Due to the wide public turnout and the desire of both visitors and exhibitors alike, to give them a greater opportunity to benefit from the event and make deals, ”indicating that the extension also meets the growing aspirations of visitors to the exhibition of falconry, hunting and equestrian enthusiasts from various countries of the world, with the doubling of the event. Al-Mansoori explained that «the next session is distinguished, as it comes with the UAE’s celebration of 50 years of achievements and progress in various fields, and at the same time launches a new process of designing and planning the next 50 years for generations and history».
The Emirates Falconers Club has adopted a strategic plan to develop the exhibition, the largest of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, over the coming years, which includes gradually doubling the size of the event in terms of space, achieving a quantum leap in the number of local and international exhibitors, participating countries and visitors, and preserving the exhibition’s position and international leadership. A prominent and important commercial event in the region, characterized by large purchasing deals and massive sales of exhibitors.

The slogan of the next session was adopted, "Sustainability and Heritage ... in a renewed spirit", as a reflection of the efforts of Abu Dhabi and the world in promoting the sustainability of the environment, hunting, heritage sports and related businesses, and crystallizing a comprehensive strategy for the development of the event and the creation of more events and activities, which are based on the successes of the past sessions in a renewed and creative spirit.
The exhibition’s development is based on its previous success, as the number of exhibitors has more than 16 times since the first session, and the last session hosted more than 670 prestigious brands from 41 countries, through its sections spanning an area of 45,000 square meters.
The exhibition is very popular, as it reverberates around the world and the public - individuals and families - awaits it year after year, thanks to its educational activities, innovative competitions and live shows that attract everyone. In its last session, it was visited by more than 115,000 visitors from 120 nationalities.
