The circular requires that imported frozen products that are picked up from various ports and terminals in Shenzhen and stored, sold, and processed in Shenzhen must enter the centralized supervision warehouse for outer packaging sterilization and sample nucleic acid testing before storage, sales, and processing.
The owner of imported frozen goods entering the centralized supervision warehouse must truthfully fill in the information of the owner, customs declaration, vehicle, driver, and cargo flow as required.
Imported frozen products that enter the centralized supervision warehouse can only be shipped out after passing the external packaging sterilization and sampling nucleic acid testing, and obtaining the "Shenzhen Imported Frozen Meat Products and Aquatic Products Delivery Certificate".
The circular stated that starting from August 18, 2020, business units engaged in the storage, sales, and processing of imported frozen products in Shenzhen must check the "Shenzhen Imported Frozen Meat Products and Aquatic Products Delivery Certificate"; for August 18, 2020 Imported frozen products that have been picked up from various ports in Shenzhen and departed from the port on the day, unless the certificate is obtained, shall not be stored, sold or processed in Shenzhen.
In order to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the centralized supervision warehouse, online appointment is implemented for the storage of the centralized supervision warehouse. The notice emphasized that the government will bear the cost of sterilizing imported frozen products in the outer packaging of the centralized supervision warehouse, sampling nucleic acid testing, and storage within the prescribed time limit. If it is verified that the information is not truthfully reported as required, the above-mentioned expenses shall be borne by the owner. The storage costs incurred by the overdue delivery shall be borne by the owner.
If the nucleic acid test results of the imported frozen products are positive, the corresponding batch of imported frozen products shall be treated as harmless in accordance with relevant regulations.
In violation of the provisions of this notice, imported frozen products should enter the centralized supervision warehouse without entering, store, sell and process imported frozen products that have not obtained the "Shenzhen Imported Frozen Meat Products and Aquatic Products Delivery Certificate", and fail to truthfully fill in the information as required, etc. Acts will be strictly investigated and dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and incorporated into the credit investigation system.
