It was Elizabeth Debicki who was given the role of Princess Diana in seasons 5 and 6 of The Crown . The Australian actress will take over from Emma Corrin who plays the character in the fourth season of the Netflix series, due at the end of the year.

Elizabeth Debicki will play the replica of Imelda Staunton, who will play Queen Elizabeth II, as well as Jonathan Pryce, who will play the role of Prince Philippe. Finally, Lesley Manville was chosen to play the role of Princess Margaret.
These two seasons will mark the grand finale of the hit series about the British royal family.
