All five trapped people were rescued by wading and boating.

  At 9:50 that day, the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Shangdang District transferred to the police from the 110 command center and said: A taxi was flooded on a highway under the bridge in the district, and 4 people were trapped in the water and urgently needed rescue. After receiving the alarm, the Shangdang District Fire Rescue Brigade immediately dispatched two fire trucks and 8 firefighters to the scene.

  When the fire rescue force arrived at the scene, the rain was heavy and all four trapped persons were in the car. Among them was an elderly person who was about 70 years old. The stagnant water had flowed over his waist and showed a continuous upward trend. The trapped persons were extremely panicked. .

  The other three trapped persons waded through the stagnant water to the fire truck under the escort of firefighters. Subsequently, the fire truck moved all the trapped persons to a safe section.

  After the rescue, at 10:20, the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Shangdang District received the police again, saying that there were vehicles trapped in the above-mentioned locations. The eight firefighters who had just finished the last rescue rushed to the scene again to deal with the danger.
