The project is located in the workshop on the first floor of the transfer hall of the Santang large-scale domestic waste transfer station in Nanning, covering an area of 600 square meters, with a total investment of about 10 million yuan, and a designed daily processing scale of up to 100 tons.
[Explanation] As the first bulky waste terminal treatment facility project for waste sorting in Nanning City, the project is mainly responsible for receiving and processing Class I furniture separated from domestic waste, including bed frames, sofas, chairs, etc.

It uses a process of mechanical crushing and sorting plus incineration power generation treatment. The designed daily processing capacity is 100 tons. Actually, our current processing capacity is more than ten tons a day, because the incoming materials are still relatively small. Metal waste accounts for 5% of the weight of bulky waste, and this part can be recycled and reused.
[Explanation] According to the staff, because many citizens do not know how to dispose of large pieces of furniture, at present, the large garbage disposal center is still in a state of "not enough to eat". At present, the company is designing an online reservation platform. By then, citizens can make an online reservation to inform them of the weight and distance of the bulky garbage and determine the charging price. After the platform is put into use, it will solve the problem of citizens handling bulky garbage to a certain extent.
