Traffic may be heavy on the roads this weekend. - DENIS LOVROVIC / AFP

Not surprisingly, this weekend will be (again!) Busy on the roads. Whether you are going on vacation or driving home, the traffic will be heavy. It will even be "very difficult" on certain routes for this weekend of August 15, classified orange by Bison smart.

“Returns to the north will take precedence over departures to the coastal regions. The majority of traffic flows will be from the south of the country to the north, ”summarizes the road information organization in its press release. Throughout the weekend, "traffic will be heavy and very often difficult on the Mediterranean arc between Italy and Spain", in both directions, on the A8, A7, A54 and A9 motorways.
