Actor Brad Pitt - PictureLux / Starface

While Angelina Jolie tries to discredit the private judge who is currently in charge of arbitrating her divorce from Brad Pitt, the actor accuses her of wanting to slow down the outcome of the proceedings. Indeed, the actress's lawyers accused Judge Ouderkirk earlier this week of a conflict of interest because of the professional links he would maintain with Anne C. Kiley, one of Brad Pitt's lawyers.

And the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star's defense was quick to retaliate, accusing Angelina Jolie of doing everything to prevent her ex-husband from getting more custody rights for their children.

Good in all respects

“Judge Ouderkirk has a very well documented record with both parties and has accompanied and advised them on numerous occasions. He was personally chosen by Angelina Jolie to preside over their marriage in 2014 and has proven his neutrality as an arbitrator on numerous occasions in this case ”, we can read in the documents filed in court by the defense of Brad Pitt and obtained by PageSix.

While Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie officially became single in the eyes of the law in April 2019, the two stars are still unable to agree on custody of their children. And if tensions seemed to have subsided in recent months, everything suggests that the conflict is escalating again.
