The suspect Liu Moumou (male, 67 years old, unemployed, native of the city) attacked passers-by with a knife, causing one death and one minor injury. The public security organs arrested him on the spot. After investigation, Liu Moumou was unmarried and lived alone for a long time. In 2004, he was sentenced to criminal punishment due to trivial disputes and armed retaliation for harming others.
