Pop group Mares: "Sitting in the studio made for the corona"

The band's new single that has just been released was created as a result of the corona pandemic, you could say. The band has not been together for a long time because the singer Fredrik Danfors lived abroad during the year. When the pandemic took off, he came home.

- We have been able to sit together, jam and create music with everyone in the same room, which we have not been able to do for a while, says Olof Wärend Rylander, one of the songwriters and the band's drummer.

- If you ignore the live part of the artist profession, it is to sit in the studio that made for the corona, says Albin. We are already a very small group that does not meet others, we have no customer meetings we have to cancel but we sit in our room and make our music. That part of the artist profession is, after all, made for social distancing.
