Ma Wen said that in accordance with the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, the Municipal Party Committee, and the Municipal Government to coordinate the promotion of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, in order to implement the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Market Management Department's issue of the "Guidelines for the Reopening of Theaters and Other Performance Places to Prevent and Control Epidemics" "(Third Edition), combined with the epidemic prevention and control situation in Beijing and the current situation of the performance industry, starting tomorrow (14th), the epidemic prevention and control measures in theaters and other performance venues in Beijing will be adjusted. The main contents of the adjustment are:
First, under the premise of adequate epidemic prevention measures, theaters and other performance venues can hold medium-sized and below commercial performances.
Second, the reopening of performance venues strictly implements personnel reservation flow restriction measures, and the number of spectators is adjusted from 30% to 50% of the number of seats in the theater, and seated at intervals to ensure a safe distance.
The third is a comprehensive performance venue with multiple theaters. Different theaters can enter and exit at different times and peaks or through different routes, and strengthen overall planning and arrange special personnel to conduct on-site guidance to avoid crowds.
Ma Wen revealed that as of August 12, 39 performance venues such as the Beijing Theater have reopened. In the next step, we must continue to strictly implement the decisions and deployments of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government.
