Han Seo-hee, a former singer trainee who was accused of drug administration and was detained in a probation office, was released after a negative result from a hair examination by the National Institute of Scientific Investigation.

On the 11th, Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Law rejected the prosecution's request for cancellation of the probation.

An official from Seongnam Jiwon said, "The National Institute of Scientific Investigation's hair test resulted in a negative sound, and the court judged that there was a real benefit to quarrel, and the court decided to dismiss it."

Han Seo-hee was detained in a probation office (period on the 15th of this month) after a positive reaction to the psychotropic drugs methamphetamine (methamphetamine) and amphetamine in a urine test on the 7th of last month during the probation period.

The prosecution applied to the court to cancel the probation along with detention, and a closed interrogation was held on the 29th of last month. It is reported that Seo-hee Han alleged a urine test error during a court interrogation.

The hair test was conducted due to Seo-hee Han's problem, and the drug reaction was judged as'negative' in the hair test.

The court dismissed the application for cancellation of the sentence of probation because it was difficult to prove Han Seo-hee's drug inhalation, and Han Seo-hee was released.

An official from Seongnam Branch said, "Han is released, but since the urine test was positive and was arrested, it seems that the prosecution will separately determine whether or not the prosecution has been prosecuted."
