The death of the Egyptian broadcaster Rania Abu Zaid

Egyptian radio station Rania Abu Zaid died late yesterday evening, after suffering a sudden heart attack.

Sources reported that Rania felt a little exhausted, after which she apologized for attending her segment in the broadcast of songs inside the "Maspero" building, so that her colleagues were surprised by the news of her death due to a heart attack.

Amal Masoud, Deputy Director of the Egyptian Radio, commented that she was surprised by the news of the death of the media, and was unable to utter the severity of the shock, especially since the late woman is in her forties.

Rania Abu Zeid is the younger sister of the late media personality, Samiha Abu Zeid, who passed away two years ago from cancer.

Among the most prominent programs presented by Rania were "Sawt Masr," "Our Sweet Days," and other programs.
