A major construction project in Shanghai-the outpatient and emergency department of the Pediatric Comprehensive Building of Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, is under trial operation. On August 11, the reporter was informed that 182 hospitalized children and newborn babies successfully "moved" collectively within a day and a half.

It is reported that there are 29 newborn babies in the Newborn General Ward. There are 52 children with NICU in the neonatal intensive care unit. Among them, 9 children are receiving intubation ventilator treatment, 10 children are using non-invasive ventilator. The youngest baby was a premature baby, weighing only 510 grams and carrying several tubes all over his body. During the migration of the incubator, doctors and nurses must act quickly and ensure the stability of the life support system.

According to reports, during the transfer and transfer of children, the doctors and nurses check the children's information and the safety factor of the transportation equipment. The transfer of every critically ill child is equipped with two doctors and two nurses for full protection. On the 200-meter road, there are security, logistics, and medical volunteers to help push carts at every turning corner. After the transfer is in place, the information engineer immediately switches the system to achieve seamless switching of electronic medical records, inspections and imaging systems.

In a day and a half, the 101 children in the inpatient ward of the Department of Pediatrics of the former Xinhua Hospital and 81 newborn babies in the neonatal ward were safely relocated, and the inpatient ward of the Pediatric Complex began to operate. (Edited by Chen Jing Shi Jiaqi Gao Yuhui)
