After Tron in 1982, then Tron: Legacy in 2010, it's the turn of the third part to get back on track. Jared Leto, who has been attached to the project since 2017, will play in it, as he has just confirmed on Twitter, in addition to being in production.

The filmmaker, as Deadline recalls, is rather used to small productions, which did not prevent him from being widely noticed by the Film Academy. According to the publication, Disney studios did not know which path to take with the story.
