On the day of the event, the staff of the Xining Panda House prepared a wealth of toys for the two giant pandas celebrating their birthdays. In order to ensure the safety of the giant pandas, the staff specially made bamboo windmills with nan bamboo and bitter bamboo; the panda birthday cake was also made with their favorite honey.
