So far, in Very Good Trip, we have followed step by step the rise of the most improbable rock star of the seventies. Because Bob Marley might have emerged from a little-known Caribbean island, an island that a majority of his admirers would have been unable to locate on a map, yes, he was a rock star.

Publicity

He had the charisma: sometimes in black leather, it happened to him, sometimes in guerrilla outfit, a firecracker stuck in the corner of his lips, he projected that aura of a flamboyant rebel that we quickly saw reproduced on posters and t- shirts.

With Bob Marley, the rebellion was not a theatrical posture intended to make his fans dream, it was synonymous with a deep commitment, both political and spiritual.

A commitment that Bob Marley almost paid with his person, since he was the subject, many know, no doubt, of what some may have presented as an attempted assassination. Finally, at the very least a ferocious operation of criminal intimidation. This is what I propose to tell you today.
