The court rejects the appeal of Haifa Wehbe's business manager ... and imprisonment continues on charges of breach of trust and theft of $ 4 million

The opposition judge at the October Court in Egypt rejected the appeal submitted by Mohamed Waziri, former business manager of the Lebanese artist Haifa Wehbe, to the decision to renew his detention for 15 days pending investigations.
Yesterday, the judge decided to continue imprisoning the accused for 15 days for the second time in a row, after accusing him of fraud and treason for defrauding the theft of 63 million pounds, equivalent to 4 million US dollars.

My minister was arrested after several judicial complaints filed by the Lebanese artist against him, through her lawyer, the legal advisor, Yasser Kantoush, and my minister was detained on charges of swindling and stealing money, and he was summoned for investigation, and after conducting the necessary investigations, the truth was found.

Haifa Wehbe had written a report against Mohamed Waziri, that he unlawfully obtained 63 million pounds from her property through a general power of attorney, allowing him to deal in the sums owed to her by producers, satellite channels and some party organizers.

It is noteworthy that Mohamed Waziri lost the case of proving his marriage to Haifa Wehbe before the Family Court, on July 28, and the court also rejected the lawsuit that he filed for lack of the original contract.

The problem dates back to early May, when the star Haifa Wehbe filed a lawsuit against her manager, accusing him of stealing money from her accounts and technical contracts amounting to $ 4 million. The
prosecution summoned Muhammad Waziri and then investigated him and detained him for 24 hours pending investigations into his accusation of fraud and after conducting investigations and making investigations And the collection of the necessary information showing the validity of the incident and the remand in custody was renewed for a period of 15 days, renewed automatically after its end.
According to the report presented by Haifa against Waziri, accusing him that, under a general power of attorney, he obtained 63 million pounds unlawfully from her property, and under the power of attorney he was allowed to deal in the sums owed to her by producers, satellite channels and some party organizers and thus he was able to obtain this large amount and seize He then denied his action and
matters became more complicated after my minister claimed his marriage to Haifa and tried to prove this marriage, which Haifa denied completely, and he filed a lawsuit against her in the family court concerned with personal and marital affairs, which made the matter take a lot of media attention and issued social networking sites, especially as some confirmed My minister in the issue of marriage is trying to drop Haifa’s right to accuse him of fraud because there is no financial liability between the husband and wife in some of the texts of the law.
Muhammad Waziri is also the producer of Haifa’s new film "The Ghosts of Europe", in which she stars with Ahmed El-Fishawi, Arwa Judeh and Mustafa Khater. Haifa tried to prevent The film, which is likely to be shown in the Eid al-Adha season, was shown, but the minister turned to a private lawyer, who confirmed that Haifa had obtained a million pounds before filming the film, as well as all the film's heroes, so there is no argument. Nounieh grants anyone to stop showing the film for any reason, and the sums that everyone got are fixed in contracts and official papers, and with this, the film is sole proprietorship of its producer, Mohamed Waziri only, and he has the right to display it at any time he wants.
Haifa came before the arrest of my minister a few weeks ago from Beirut in a quick visit to Cairo that took Several days ago, she returned to Beirut hours ago, as soon as my minister was arrested, and she posted a phrase on her official Instagram page, expressing her happiness at what happened and saying, "Praise be to God."
