It is now clear that 24 journalists will leave Mitt i and five from Direktpress, according to the newspaper Journalisten.
The announcement comes after the announcement in June that the free newspaper competitors Direktpress and Mitt i would merge when Direktpress bought Mitt i.
Direktpress has since wanted to dismiss a total of 50 journalists in the two newspapers. Negotiations have been ongoing over the summer and have not yet been completed.
