At 11:10 on August 10th, 33km from Shanchang Road, Wuchang City, Heilongjiang, a small ordinary passenger car (7 people for nuclear and 15 people for actual load) was improperly operated. The driver entered the ditch on the right side of the road and hit green trees, causing 9 people died (8 people died on the spot, and 1 died after the rescue failed), 6 people were injured, and 1 vehicle was damaged.
