The leaves are like large discs. The large lotus leaves are called "Hercules in the water" and can lift children weighing about 25 kilograms.
The king lotus in the emerald green coat, whose scientific name is the king lotus Cruz, belongs to the Nymphaeaceae family. It is a large perennial floating leaf herb and is cultivated annually in most parts of China. Wang Lian is known as the "king of lotus", not only has huge leaves, but also can bloom a variety of flowers. The veins of the leaves are yellow-green, with a diameter of about 1.5 to 2 meters. The height of the leaf edge can reach up to 10 cm. It is like a large disk with spikes on the back. It is a gem in the waterscape garden.
At present, there are nearly 600 kinds of lotus and 200 kinds of water lilies planted in Xigeng Lian Township, including rare water lily varieties such as Indian red lotus, Wanweisha, Jiupin perfume lotus, Egyptian blue, and Moling autumn colors, ancient Chinese lotus, thousand-petal lotus, and large Featured lotus flowers such as Sajin and Madame Bury. As the temperature continues to rise, the leaves of this lotus leaf will grow, which can satisfy the "older children" to experience the fun of riding a canoe.
