[Explanation] It is understood that there are 22 employees in this Tibetan carpet factory, all of whom are farmers and herdsmen who have been relocated. They weave about 600 blankets each year. The minimum wage is 900 yuan per month and the maximum wage is 1,600 yuan per month. The annual income per capita is around 15,000 yuan.
