According to the announcement, Yang Zhichao, male, obtained a master's degree in fine arts from Guangxi University of Arts in June 2020, degree certificate number: 1060732020000163.
On July 31, 2020, Guangxi University of Arts received a real-name report about "Master graduate Yang Zhichao's 2020 graduation design misappropriating others' works". After investigation and review by the academic committee of the school, it was determined that the plagiarism of Yang Zhichao's graduation design works constituted academic misconduct. In accordance with Article 17 of the "Regulations on Academic Degrees of the People's Republic of China" and Article 7 of the Order No. 34 of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China "Measures for Dealing with Dissertation Fraud", the Guangxi Academy of Arts Degree Evaluation Committee was held on August 7, 2020 The 6th meeting in 2020 deliberated and passed a vote, and decided to revoke Yang Zhichao's master's degree and cancel his master's degree certificate (degree certificate number: 1060732020000163).
