The police reported that at about 9:20 am on August 9th, Wang Moucang (male, 55 years old, from Qujiangchi Village, Xi'an, Shaanxi, unemployed, driving license type C1) was driving a small car with Shaanxi A license. When driving along the Aerospace West Route from north to south to the east gate of the bazaar, it collided with a number of non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians (including an auxiliary police on duty).
