I traveled all over the province and burned tens of thousands of times. The burnt fragments were as big as the factory below me. All our economic and energy were invested in it and we were exhausted, but we were still exhausted. Persist in burning the black sand pottery successfully...

[Explanation] After being fired at a high temperature of 1300 degrees, the toxic and harmful substances are decomposed by vaporization. The finished product is light and thin, ecological and environmentally friendly. It is not only practical at home, but also as a collection of handicrafts. Sculptor Hu Zhengde from Qingzhen, Guizhou, "seeking the roots" of Guizhou's long-lost black sand pottery skills, took 32 years to innovate and develop exquisite craftsmanship "Plow widow black sand pottery". There are probably hundreds of processes. This is very difficult. The raw materials need to be processed for more than half a year, air-dried, sun-dried, selected, and then rolled, manually beaten, kneaded, and rubbed after being taken out... There are hundreds of processes in it.

[Explanation] Hu Zhengde introduced that black sand pottery is a kind of high-temperature pottery, green and environmentally friendly. It was a common household appliance in Guizhou in ancient times, mainly produced in Guizhou Zhijin, Anshun Pingba and other places. With the development of the times, this pottery technique has now been lost in Guizhou. In order to retrieve this old craft, in 1988, Hu Zhengde, who is already well-known in the sculpture industry, came to Anshun to build a kiln and began to specialize in black sand pottery. The production.

This thing is the original sand pottery of Guizhou. This sand pottery has a long history. It has been in the process of carbonization from ancient times to the present. It is still carbonaceous, rough and heavy, but in fact it is a very good one. It does not contain arsenic or lead, it is a real green pottery.

[Explanation] Hu Zhengde's goal is to develop high-quality Guizhou black sand pottery. First of all, he must find the most suitable and high-quality clay. For this reason, he has visited various places in Guizhou and used sampled soil for trial production and compared the black after firing. The appearance, color, firmness, fineness of sand, etc. of the finished sand pottery, and record every technical index of every kind of pottery clay in the firing process.

Every data and every chemical molecule in it must undergo spectral analysis and chemical element analysis, and the production process must meet national standards. This is our improved sand pottery. You can see that there is a metal body inside, which is shiny, and this has gone through our exquisite ingredients; the second is the firing process, and its temperature has increased; the third is the slave type from the process All improvements have been made.

[Explanation] Hu Zhengde has improved and innovated the pottery craftsmanship, which is also reflected in the combination of the "quaint temperament" of black sand pottery with aesthetics. He cleverly used his own good carving skills.
