In Russia, 49 forest fires were liquidated per day

"According to information from regional forestry dispatch services, over the past day 08.08.2020, 49 forest fires were liquidated in Russia on an area of ​​5 583 hectares," RIA Novosti quotes a message.

By the end of the day, 109 forest fires were active in Russia, which were actively extinguished.

Earlier it became known that in the Kurgan region they warned of a fire hazard, a ban on visiting forests from 4 to 17 August was introduced in the region.
