  The owner Chen Chen (a pseudonym) told The Paper that in 2018, he bought a 126-square-meter three-bedroom, two-living, and double-bathroom house in the community in order to improve the life of the family. The contract stipulates that the house will be handed over on June 30, 2020. On June 29 this year, after receiving the notice to accept the house, he took his family to the community to inspect the house.

I bought this house based on my trust in the "Lingdi" brand, but now the house has nothing to do with the "Lingdi" brand."

  The new house was delivered in rough form. After seeing the new house, Chen Chen found that the room type was different from the scaled model house he visited before.   According to the brochures and promotional videos provided by the developer when selling the house, the A1 and A2 units are introduced as "three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms" and "urban landscape flats".
