As of 24:00 on August 6th, a total of 659 confirmed cases have been reported across the province (28 of which were imported from abroad). Except for 5 confirmed imported cases from abroad, they were treated in isolation in designated hospitals, and the rest have been discharged.
There were no new asymptomatic infections that day. As of 24:00 on August 6th, 9 cases of asymptomatic infections under centralized isolation and medical management were imported from abroad.
At present, 14,217 close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections have been traced across the province, 14,084 people have been released from medical observation, and 133 people are still under medical observation.
