In the early morning of July 26, a thrilling traffic accident occurred in Yizhou City, Hechi City, Guangxi. A first-year junior high school girl drank and drove an electric bicycle. Two classmates drove in a snake-like manner on the way, and finally overturned and injured. After the incident, some citizens posted this dangerous ride online.

On August 4, the traffic police found the girl in question. After investigation, Peng was born in September 2006, under the age of 14 and is in the first grade of junior high school.

According to Peng's statement, after the final exam, she had dinner with her classmates on the evening of July 25, during which she drank about 10 bottles of low-alcohol wine. Afterwards, Peng drove an electric bicycle to take two classmates out of the class. For excitement, one of the classmates suggested that Peng play a snake-driving, but he overturned at a turn.

After the accident, Peng injured both legs and knees, and two classmates suffered minor injuries. But Peng did not tell his parents, but only asked his brother for money to treat the wound.

The police gave Peng a safety education, hoping that she would learn the lesson and stop playing road games. Peng said that he would correct his bad behavior, abide by traffic laws, and be a civilized and disciplined traffic participant.
