A small Hong Kong citizen held up a slogan promoting 23 pieces of legislation and bowed frequently on the streets of Hong Kong, calling on passers-by to sign and support the legislation. The weather was sultry that day. She bowed nearly 20 times a minute when she was over fifty years old. Starting from 10 o'clock in the morning, she insisted on standing for nearly eight hours.
[Explanation] Five months later, the citizen sat in front of us. She said that this was not the first time she participated in such an event. As long as she needed volunteers, she would sign up as soon as possible.

I was born in Hong Kong and was born and raised. In the past, Hong Kong, although we were all born in grassroots families, we worked hard and worked all the way. There were opportunities, as long as you worked hard. But now I find that many young people read a lot of books, but they are instigated by some so-called political cudgels to "violate the law and uphold justice". It hurts and ruins their future.

With only one action, she was verbally abused in the public, and she was finally forced to walk to work. In the turmoil of the amendment, the scenes of innocent citizens being burned and besieged also made her angry and heartbroken.

In fact, to be honest, I am a politically cold person, and I didn't know what politics is before. But as an ordinary citizen, I don't understand politics, but I don't even lack the most basic moral standards. Now (the thugs) are using some violence to deprive you of your freedom, and using violence to let the citizens listen to their opinions is unacceptable.
