The current 2020 year is very few people and can please little. Unless, of course, you do not approach the issue philosophically. From the point of view of a philosopher, the huge advantages of what is happening are obvious: finally, we personally encountered real problems with which we lived side by side for a very long time, but which for some reason stubbornly did not notice and ignored with all our might.

And in order for mistakes to be corrected, they must first be noticed, and then realize that it is impossible to live like this further. This, in particular, is what happens to us in the landmark 2020, which we will remember forever. Unfortunately, not only the layman often does not want to see the real picture of the world. Indeed, why would an ordinary person spoil his more or less comfortable or at least familiar everyday life with bad news? Moreover, he cannot influence what is happening. The trouble is that officials, including those in high echelons of power, do not want to notice the changes, because then you have to really do something, and this is so inconvenient, so inappropriate ...

There is little good news, but it certainly is. Deoffshorization, the course towards which the president has already announced long ago, seems to take place, despite the passive and active resistance of the oligarchs and officials friendly to them.

Let's admit to ourselves honestly and frankly: our stated goals and objectives are not always implemented accurately and on time. Not always! Unfortunately, a situation in which reasonable and necessary initiatives are blurred by bureaucratic methods and endless shifts in deadlines is quite common. Take the same regulatory guillotine - the regulatory authorities hand over every senseless, outdated norm with great resistance. This is a feeder, how can one voluntarily refuse it ?!

What happened in the case of offshorization and what happened to our liberal elites, who so densely grew their metastases into the body of the state? How did it happen that the deoffshorization process actually started in the end, where did they overlook? Who should the beneficiaries of the old system blame?

We will most likely never get the answer to this question publicly and officially, but it’s not scary. The fact remains: the miserable system, under which it was previously possible to transfer money from the country to offshore quite easily and without serious risks, is likely to come to an end. At least, I really want to hope so.

After all, what is a strong country? It is not only unshakable sovereignty and a powerful defense-industrial complex, which provides a strong army with modern weapons. It is also the ability to ensure the economic security of the state and make local capital work for the country.

It is impossible for the elites to make money in Russia and take away all the cream abroad. Who does such a business work for, taking advantage of the opportunities provided by the Russian state? Can such a system be considered fair? Not!

“The modern world is already different, everything has changed,” someone will say. They say that borders are blurring, states are blurring - and this is the norm, we must already accept that money goes where they feel comfortable. And we will say to this: “We do not need to slip a false paradigm. Money has no legs, people make decisions! "

The situation in question does not in any way solve the issue of a more just world order, an increase in the well-being of ordinary citizens, does not in any way change the current state of affairs, when for the third century already rich countries have become completely indecently richer, and the poor have become destitute.

The current system is designed to protect the wealthy, their personal welfare, it is in no way connected with questions about the present and future of the whole world, all states of the planet.

From the highest tribunes, we are constantly being told beautiful words about freedom, democracy, equal opportunities, about the need to increase the well-being of ordinary people. But in reality something quite different is happening, let's be honest. Not just the countries of the "golden billion" are getting richer. In these countries, stratification is growing, with one percent of the super-rich owning almost all of the resources.

And here we are faced with an obvious question: are we going the right way? Maybe this path should be seriously corrected? Do we need the world to remain the same? Yes, of course, nothing new will appear under the moon and it is impossible to build an ideal world in a vacuum under a glass cover. But the task of a responsible state is, first of all, to ensure the most equitable balance between what is desired and what is possible for all. Here's what it should work on. And if this does not happen, then sooner or later it leads to the most unpleasant consequences.

Agree that it is impossible not to notice the numerous contradictions in the Russian political field. On the one hand, we vote for amendments to the Constitution, designed to strengthen our sovereignty and affirm traditional values, and on the other, we observe strange gestures, which in general can be described as an attempt to implement the ultra-liberal paradigm of state structure. But this is absolutely incompatible!

The fact that our state has finally taken up offshores gives hope and instills cautious optimism: there is reason to believe that patriotic forces will win in this difficult struggle. It should never be otherwise in Russia! And it can't be.
